What Does Treatment Involve?

The process involves a consultation and treatment planning, surgery, healing period, and placement of permanent teeth. During the consultation and treatment planning stage, the dentist will examine your teeth, mouth, and jaw. Diagnostic tests like cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) will be taken. Your dental health, as well as your medical condition, will be assessed. Once it is confirmed the procedure is right for you, a personalized treatment plan is arranged with prices and material options included.

The surgical phase of the treatment, which is carried out in just one session, involves:

• The administration of a local anesthetic, with conscious IV sedation often used.
• Extraction of any remaining teeth
• Insertion of four implants in either the top, bottom or both jaws (dual surgery)

• Attachment of an immediate loading denture, which is then trimmed down to form a fixed bridge
